Preference is given to applicants demonstrating advanced skill and education. Promising entry-level apprentice electricians may also be considered and will be trained to meet company service requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

Interested applicants: Please submit the application below, to include information about professional training, prior work experience and specialized skillsets. Potential team members should possess the following qualifications.

• Two to Five Years’ experience in the electrical trade.  Prefer both commercial and residential work experience.
• Clean Driving Record. At time of interview,  Augusta Electric will request a current driver’s history/abstract.
• Drug-free. Must also have a clean criminal background.
• Working knowledge of current NEC electrical code.
• Natural-born problem solver.  Must be able to troubleshoot, think on your feet and make split-second decisions.
